This is a review to warn people to be cautious when buying products from Umart. Make sure to be 100 percent ( if that is even possible ) with your product purchase, because if you buy the wrong thing and attempt to return it they will turn you away with excuses like Umart does not accept a “change of mind”, and to sell the item on “Facebook Marketplace or something” yeah cool I’ll just go ahead and do that. Better idea is to get your computer products from Amazon.

I had some questions about replacing a drive in a Synology NAS and was provided with great advice on a replacement drive plus some very helpful installation advice. Extremely helpful and Umart provide a very rapid service with both the advice and sending my new drive. I highly recommend Umart.

Delivered an opened motherboard, box, informed that it was opened and they said they can’t return it coz it’s opened, yet they deliver and sell opened products, go figure. Maybe practice what you preach. Bad customer service and policy. Will never buy from Umart again.

Item arrived opened, after informing them their response was that we can’t return opened items…interesting how they deliver them opened though. Terrible service, very unhelpful, should have listened to others that said not to buy from them, learnt my lesson. Extremely disappointed.

Good service, make sure that you have your email receipt ready to scan into the computer on the right side as you enter. The staff will put your order on a central table to help maintain social distancing. A good option for technology and computer purchases in Maroochydore.

Purchased a laptop from Umart and instantly noticed that the keyboard was faulty when I returned home. I was informed by Umart that I would need to send the laptop off to their warranty department to assess the fault before granting an exchange. Was told this process could take weeks. Extremely frustrating given that the fault is very obvious, given that parts of the space bar don't work and are sunken in. I cannot afford to go weeks without a laptop so am forced to persist with a faulty machine until it renders itself unusable. Absolutely no common sense with this policy or any desire from the company to assist the customer when they have clearly sold a faulty product. Extremely frustrated, would highly recommend shopping elsewhere that is a lot more reasonable.
